    • What do you do?
      As well as being an experienced agency lead, Kate has delivered hugely successful, multi-media fundraising programmes for charities as diverse as IFAW, Macmillan, Red Cross, Greenpeace and the Universities of Leeds and Birmingham. She is able to confidently guide charities to help them develop new propositions, shape and deliver granular data insights as well as develop supporter journeys to maximise opportunities to donate.

      The evenings and weekends find Kate wandering the countryside with her Labrador sidekick, or acting as mum taxi (and bank!) to her teenage daughters.

      With twenty years’ in the not-for-profit and commercial sectors, Kelly is passionate about creating and nurturing strong relationships. Having worked client and agency side with some of the nation’s biggest brands, she has a breadth of experience in understanding supporter relationships. Away from work, Kelly puts her energy into family, exercise, snowboarding, wine and laughter!

      Passionate about developing strong relationships, Zoe has honed her skills leading teams focusing on CRM, digital strategy and integrated creative campaigns. Recent client portfolio includes: University of Leeds, The Royal British Legion, PCUK, Mind and Age UK as well commercial brands. Zoe’s other passions in life are salsa dancing (tearing up the dance floor) and spending time with her daughter and family roaming the countryside.

      Laura is a Senior Strategist with 15 years cross-channel experience in charity and HE fundraising. Skilled in all aspects of journey planning, stewardship, direct response and channel integration, Laura is obsessed with increasing donor loyalty. She believes in applying decision science and behavioural economics to make fundraising work hard and feel intuitive. Laura also confesses to being a fully-fledged data-geek who loves discovering fresh insights to create deep, meaningful engagement.

      Simon first dipped his toe into the colourful world of copywriting in 2001, cutting his teeth on a variety of big brands but has always been drawn to the charity sector. Over the last 18 years, Simon has enjoyed the privilege of creating campaigns for charities big and small across pretty much every channel.

      Dan has been working as a creative for over 20 years. In that time, he’s worked at numerous agencies and amassed a wealth of experience in the charity, financial and commercial sectors. You name it, Dan’s done it. He’s created campaigns across everything from TV, press and direct mail to social and online. In his spare time, Dan can be found walking his dog Bingo and creating amazing wire sculptures.

      With experience on both the charity and agency sides of the fence, Rich has written everything from cause to gaming, scripts to digital, and even the occasional annual report. As well as words, Rich has a taste for tea, surfing and jaffa cakes.

      In a career that started 40 years ago as a Paste-up Artworker - and included a decade in management - Rich has come full circle to be an Artworker once again but in the digital age! As well as his passion for print, Rich also loves gardening, music and quizzes.

      With a keen eye for detail and a strange love of spell checking, Ruth has been artworking for the past 12 years. She’s applied her skills to everything from cereal boxes to point of sale, multilingual recipe books and direct mail. Away from getting campaigns ready for print, Ruth enjoys spending time with her kids and helping run the local youth group.

Outside of work, Jody loves exploring the Cotswolds with her crazy Springer Spaniel!

She continues to thrive on the challenge of engaging and inspiring supporters as well as enjoying a spot of pilates and kickboxing to let off steam!

      From working with some of our oldest clients to pitching for new ones, Matt loves the variety and challenge of agency life. His life outside of work is equally varied, from playing and watching football, to frequent trips down to relax in his native Cornwall.

      Hannah started her career as a designer but switched to client services in 2014 and has never looked back. While she enjoys developing relationships with her clients, Hannah still has a keen eye for creative and loves working with the team to develop exciting and engaging campaigns. But alas, you can’t be good at everything, Hannah confesses to being a terrible cook!

      Over 30 years’ experience in Print Procurement and DM Print Management. Working closely with suppliers to deliver innovative formats and ensuring we buy effectively for our clients. Shirley also manages one of the agencies largest clients, successfully delivering complex mailings across International and European countries.

    • What do you do?
      John started as an Artworker and Studio Manager before moving into Production. He’s been at DMS for an amazing 20 years and is now one of our Senior Production Managers. All that experience and production know-how means John is kept very busy but, when he gets a moment, he loves touring the UK in his Campervan with his rescue dog MuShu.
